Scope of this policy

This policy applies to the public website at windsurf.me. The site introduces the planned Windsurf IDE. It does not currently provide a downloadable app, an online coding environment, customer accounts, or checkout. A future application may have a separate privacy policy describing its own data handling.

Our pages link to external websites, including the Termany source repository on GitHub. Visiting an external link takes you to a separate service with its own data practices.
